August 1999 saw the debut of Digimon Adventure, the first entry in 

the Toei's anime branch of the Bandai virtual pet/game franchise.

Its has been 15 years ago but I still remember the first series fondly. 

Lindsey Wakefield, a self-taught artist and an expert in 

epic creature designs based in United States has created a series of

realistic Digimon fan art . Her works was so inspiring and 

nostalgic  to me. Hopefully you guys love her works as much as I did !

Artist Heather Theurer’s realistic take on this series of arts 

were a timelessness and emotional weight to it that makes me think a 

live-action feature would be possible in the right hands.
