French webcomic author and illustrator Sylvain Sarrailh has taken some of the favorite things from his childhood, and made them a lot more BADASS. In a series of illustrations called “BADASS FANARTS,” he imagines characters like Winnie the Pooh, Buzz Lightyear, Ronald McDonald, Sonic, Princess Peach, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Zelda, Angry Birds,Dora the Explora as more dangerous, more serious, and a lot more badass. August 1999 saw the debut of Digimon Adventure, the first entry in 

the Toei's anime branch of the Bandai virtual pet/game franchise.

Its has been 15 years ago but I still remember the first series fondly. 

Lindsey Wakefield, a self-taught artist and an expert in 

epic creature designs based in United States has created a series of

realistic Digimon fan art . Her works was so inspiring and 

nostalgic  to me. Hopefully you guys love her works as much as I did !

I'm a huge fan of Sci Fi movies and I must admit that Predator is one of my favorites. He's one of the most memorable aliens you'll probably see in your life, with his dreadlocks, tribal high tech apparel and big muscles, he's a incredible and creepy extraterrestrial.

Yvan Quinet is a Switzerland digital artist with an unique illustrative style.He was always inspired by many things, from games to movies and even anime. I was pleased by his works and hopefully you guys feel the same too.

Artist Takao Nakagawa from Japan has created a series called "Ukiyo-e Star Wars" in feudal Japanese style, and its were representing the characters from Star Wars.

I don’t know what it is about these sorts of mash ups
that never gets old for me. Maybe it’s seeing characters
 I love in a new way, or maybe it’s a love for the type of
creative mind that imagines them.

 

Artist Jonathan Bolerjack sure does love those 

Star Wars clone troopers! He uses them as 

a canvas for a lot of the art he creates. 

This is a collection of Marvel-style clone trooper characters he made.

Those characters include Captain America, Hulk, 

Deadpool, Hawkeye, Thor, Spider-Man, Wolverine, 

Doctor Doom, Carnage and Venom.

He has a lot of really fun stuff to check out!
