Here's an adorable series of fan art that includes a 

group of famous characters reimagined as little 

kids riding a coin operated rides. The illustration was 

created by Patrick Ballestros, and he calls it 

"Lil’ Wonders Series"  He managed to pack a lot of great 

characters into this series. So cute!

but for most he's just a classic of oriental animation 

made by the genius Hayao Miyazaki.

This charming fan illustration of Totoro comes 

from artist Christopher Lee. He has a simple yet 

fun style to his character designs,

I think it was the rickiest Marvel Film since Iron Man because 

nobody really knows who these guys are. I really don't want to talk about this film 

much more cuz it will reflect on how you guys think.

Star Wars Day is an unofficial holiday in May 

created by fans to honor the Star Wars franchise 

created by George Lucas.As a fan of this amazing trilogy,

I want to share this awesome Star Wars art that

I've come across in a long time. What makes it so cool

is the fact that it was drawn by DC animation producer

Bruce Timm. I've never seen this art of his before, but

how amazing would it be if we got a Star Wars animated

series in the same style as Batman: The Animated Series?

Timm really is a talented artist and I love his style.

This is the perfect post for Star Wars day. Cheers ;)!

Pixel Art Super Heroes by Ercan Akkaya

ssalamualaikum and peace be upon you. Pixel art is still one of my all time

favorite styles, probably because I grew up playing 80s's games. Early generation consoles had an additional influence on me as this type of illustration was pretty common. The amazing thing about pixel art is that it reduces the form to the minimum amount of detail that makes it recognizable. The illustrations of Ercan Akkaya are good examples. I particularly love how you can identify the different superheroes despite the simplistic form.

So in this post we will feature a set of illustrations 

from Ercan Akkaya titled Pixel Superheroes.
